Anonymous, 23 Mar 2025Stupid me was hoping Samsung A23 would get One UI 7 😭Bold of you to assume that it would've gotten the update. From now on, it will receive only security updates, but that's it, no major updates. I am glad this is not my main phone.

I am so disappointed I bought the Samsung Galaxy Z fold and the Samsung Galaxy Flip.
Both phones are not working.
The z-fold has blacked out the inner screen and the outer screen has lost the ability to even pick up wifi.
The Samsung Flip is doing ghost screenwriting and calling it turns it self off and it automatically starts texting as soon as it has been opened.
I spent thousands of $ on these phones to find out I don't have a phone now because none of the phones are working and here in the Bahamas no one can fix the phones, so what should I do in a situation like this?
I really will like for the makers of Samsung to replace both phones .

I would appreciate it if you could update the Samsung Galaxy A32 4G. Most apps are crashing, and the phone is extremely slow. Additionally, the default apps, like the camera and gallery, are crashing at times. As a beginner photographer, I need my phone to function properly. Thank you for your time.
