And also it can make people switch to flagship if that is too important or can't live without it?
      120Hz requires good panel and good battery life both of which are standard for flagship maintaining performance and camera features. I mean having only camera alone stand alone feature for flagships is kind of lame. I mean it is good Samsung A56 offers 120Hz but let's be real A56 users can also live with 60Hz screen. At least this is how Apple thinks at the moment. maybe if there are more plenty flagship unique features, then 120Hz would be on base.

At this point you only want camera to be the only distinguishing factor. Even though iPhone prices are high, we are not talking about price. I personally love low prices but I want more differentiation for flagships and base phones. You pay flagship price for flagships features. I don't want base phones having all or most of flaghsip features.

                        Anonymous, 28 Mar 2025I don't know who needs to hear this but, I don't ... moreI mean, it's great for when your fingers can't press the UI shutter button, maybe because it's cold out and you're wearing gloves. I live in Canada and often run into this situation in the winter. A dedicated shutter button would be very useful in such case. Better than pressing the volume button, which usually requires very high actuation force.

                              Well, people can say whatever about Apple, but practically the other phone makers will follow suit whatever Apple did. Don’t blame Apple. If the others were so innovative, why would they keep copying Apple?
