It's a different league, you can't really compare them. And no, the performance of the 4 Gen x is not too far off compared to the Helio G99. Also, not every country supports 5G.
Diversing is good, but not every companies are willing to pay more for the sake of "Snapdragon". Majority of smartphone users don't care about the processor inside their phone after all. If it works, then it works.
