Mmm, I wonder if X is being treated as a loss as a way of paying less tax? Either way X is feeding XAI which I cannot believe is valued at 80bn. Talk about an overvalued bubble. I'm not using either thankfully.

This guy never does stop, does he? He's always trying to accelerate progress, whether that progress is scientific advancements, advancing his company, advancing the economy, advancing humanity. He seems to only care about the big picture, never cares about the nuances or the repercussions of his actions. Admirable, but at the same time, deplorable.
Also I swear this guy's obsessed with any word/name with 'x' in it, including the name of his last child.

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2025And this is why he spent a few hundred millions on Donald. ... moreThat and much MUCH more!!
The next company 'Repayment system is going to have all personal credit and identity information on every citizen or person that does business with USA entities !
This isn't fraud.
This is ultimate control.
If you think Avengers Winter Soldier Hella-Carriers was a tool for the villians in that film this is much much worse!

WHO CARES, 29 Mar 2025I read this on a local newspaper earlier but I didin't... moreHere is a business managing debt lesson for you.
Elon used debt leveraging & his personal credit rating dropped when he purchased Twitter aka X. $12 Billion in debt to bolster his personal $33 billion cash from stock he sold from Tesla - this is ALL public knowledge and done in 2022.
Using xAi to buy X/Twitter does the following:
1. Fully pays off his $12 billion debt in FULL.
2. in 30 days boosts his credit rating for future purchases using his personal credit [equivalent and TransUnion will be reporting btw],
3. Increases the retail market valuation of xAi for now (who knows the future),
4. Allows employees to be merged or replaced as stated in his "press release" which is a post/tweet yet shouldn't even be considered as a press release to be honest!
5. More crucially allows tighter controls over what users of X can do.
Example you cannot take a screenshot of anything on X on your smartphone any longer! Unsure when this shift happened but it means recording reports of misconduct (which you cannot bookmark and auto clears after a week of action and no requests for arbitration which is all internally, gets erased forever) this is alarming and prevents even teeth from being fully available to real fact finding media!

How rich people wash their money by using a blind spot of the tax system.
Pathetic

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2025I bought my own PC from myself for $1.000.000, that means I... moreThat's not how it works. A company has a certain market value. I doubt your PC is valued at 1 million dollars. Moreover, you cannot sell something to yourself. What Elon Musk did is to move ownership to another company that he owns.

This is exactly how the rich n powerful play!
That's why Elon and his cronies can do stunts like this!

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2025So... he used one of his companies to buy it from himself? ... moreNor features is called leveraging debt or removing leveraged debt. He's lost roughly $300 billion from boycotted and vandalism against Tesla in the USA alone.
This gains bask lost money via debt. Boosts up his credit rating as the debt from X is paid off, increases the value of X as the $12Billion market validation from his personal debt is now paid off, and boasts the market valuation of Ai... for now.
Now all his complaints about ChatGPT being "woke" or left leaning (these magats still have no understanding of what woke really means to be honest, but I digress) will now have X via xAi be thr EXACT opposite turning it fully over to right leaning to serve his agenda and further perpetuate false media and data (memes insults and racists trophs - each has become increasingly discusting since 2022 as I've been a member watching this since 2019)

Anonymous, 29 Mar 2025So... he used one of his companies to buy it from himself? ... moreNot necessarily indicative of fraud per se, but it is extremely easy to manipulate the books through such a purchase - just look at what FTX did for a recent example.

I read this on a local newspaper earlier but I didin't understand anything. I guess I don't know my native language. What he did here is: He didn't buy or sell it, he just took it out of one pocket and put it into his other pocket. There is no buying or selling. By the way, I deleted my account when he renamed Twitter. I don't like Unknown things (X). This sentence annoys me too much: Blah blah said something on X (formerly known asTwitter)... Okay we understood that X was Twitter before. Why keep repeating it after every sentence?
