The Exynos 2600 will be fabbed on Samsung's SF2, a 2nm node with third-generation Gate All Around tech.

I like how you've phrased this sentence in a way that implies, that the S24 Ultra is a low quality chinese flagship, when it's actually neither low quality nor chinese.

The S25 Ultra on the other hand, well has some unique features that said chinese flagships don't, for example useless fake camera rings that can fall off. Innovation!

They're trying so hard to make Exynos happen in the flagship segment, yet their own yields and the market is telling them otherwise. And if Qualcomm is so expensive, why don't they go with Mediatek? Their hard pride won't allow them as Koreans to do business with the Chinese or something?

      I'm so glad I'm on a once-per-3-years update cycle.

Samsung CEO: The question is exynos or snapdragon for the next galaxy?

Absurd. Skipping this generation and likely moving to another company that still rolls with Qualcomm

For those who don't know: The exynos 990 situation was that the exynos version of the phone heated very fastly and was more then 20% slower then the snapdragon go watch mrwhosetheboss's video for more details

Anonymous, 31 Mar 2025Why not both ?Because like many users, I never reach peak it's performance, but it's good enough, and comfortably better than midrange lagging chips.

Claymon, 31 Mar 2025When smasung removing exynos from existence ?When they will remove the tiny "10 MP, f/2.4, 67mm (telephoto), 1/3.52", 1.12µm, PDAF, OIS, 3x optical zoom" camera from the S series. So, probably never.

They could've made exynos competent in the midrange and budget segment. It took them so much time to bring AMD's RDNA graphics to midrange with lackluster performance and even in the Exynos 2400 it wasn't the latest architecture if I am remembering correctly. 2400's graphics competed well with snapdragon and dimensity. The only good thing about exynos right now is that they launched the A26 with exynos 1380 which is a 2 year old chipset with the promise of 6 OS upgrades. So they are supporting their chips the longest. If only they were good.

I just hope that it's good, that's it. The Exynos 2200 and 1480 are simply not impressive enough. Haven't tried their 1580, though.

What about camera? Good camera is more important as flagship phone then processor.

Seeing is believing, if you don't agree with this then you are probably blind 😊

Next year you will see people recommending the s25u instead of the s26u, and you know what's funnier? They will be the same losers who recommend s24u and other expensive low quality chinese flagships today.

I hope not. Any phone without snapdragon is basically handicapped.
