It looks like a very good choice! Comparing to HTC One, to Samsung Galaxy S4, to LG G2.. it looks just better! I like it! http://versus.com/en/sony-xperia-z1-vs-samsung-galaxy-s4

I work in a phone s... moreI am looking for a high end smart phone and i choose the One because it is compact, lighter, the best build and design, best screen quality, feels great in the hand as compared to brick like feeling of Xperia Z. The only thing Z1 has going for it is the 20 MP camera ,Snapdragon chipset, battery, but the Z1 is going to be quite expensive, S800 devices are quite costly it seems. The One is still the one to beat.

Fitting 3000mah in a 144 long phone isn't that impressive. Why did they add on 5mm from the Xperia Z when everyone else is trying to make a smaller Screen size to phone size ratio?

Don't kid yourself, They all spy on you.
If 170g is to heavy, you have some serious issues.
If you need a screen bigger than 5" get the mega. 5" vs 5.2" can you really tell the diff.
I want a phone that has a decent antenna and good battery life for moderate to heavy use. To many of the new phones have sketchy reception even when you can see an antenna. Good sunlight legibility would be nice but you can't have it all.
