Did you see that Candace Owens story about Macron marrying his dad?

Just another bit of corruption by EU countries. Time to embrace ethnonationalism & expel the globalists.

Vegetaholic, 02 Apr 2025Typical **** fanboy, does not understand that Apple is not ... moreYou're a marvelous businessman. Not even the devil will buy once with that thinking. ;)
Apple's secret souce is the respect for their users, if the spell is gone, the're gone.
The only diff being that they don't tell everyone else to whom they sell you.

Xiaomi talks about some dozen vendors, HBO about hundreds, Meta thousands.

You're too imature to acknowledge the implications, good for some front lines in some future wars.

I don't invest in the Apple ecosystem (and for good reason), but I don't understand how being transparent about tracking is being dominant and destroying competition.

The French get weirder every second...

If would be no EU protection laws they would be charging 2k for the current iPhones with single camera and would require you to submit all the data to them in order to use iPhone 🤣

These guys are lying in all regards as hell but they sell social status, not quality, which is rooted totally in another era.

For me, it's perfectly clear that most of comments here come from non-european puberty world citizens that try to climb some ladder.

What more can I say ? Good Luck ! Afterwards, without social justice it wouldn't be any Society but the main problem remains: Know your Rights.

P.P.S. : Advertisement is a metastasis and we should think about from where all those margins come from, how all these corps do trillions.

It's a hell of a calculation but the entire sum comes from your pockets, so the conclusion would be that wherever you hear a politician crying about money, think that Consumerism is the root of evil in the entire Society, which is rooted in your fragile IDs.

Just have a little thought experiment : You go to the market, buy some stuff, but the seller enforce you to use that stuff only as he wants. What kind of trade or ownership is that ?

And you're also wrong for blamimg Google. It's always about the Law and the know-your-rights by the masses, which, by design, are almost cluless in this regard.

Fascism isn't a XX century invention, it has its roots in the groundings of civilization, called Hierarchy', 'Social Order', you name it, and in a proper educated democracy many of these IT gods would be in prison, to say the least.

They just recycle the alibis to violate the private rights of everybody else, even ruthlessly and cinically ask to violate the property rights nowadays.

Hikari, 01 Apr 2025Do you even know what fascism means?I already answered but I will simplify for the sake of those clueless :

"Any system that enforce some properties by considering what's best for you, denying your capacity to chose." -- in our case, the tremendous-close-to-impossible to '__jailbreak__' /root what we consider we already own, our devices. -- something that has direct contradictions with the fundamentals of private property laws. :)

                              This is BS. period.

The French govt didn't impose any restriction on Apple, neither did they suggest any way to solve the problem for "small developers" without compromising the benfits of ATT. This can be interpreted as they are simply after Apple's money.

Anyhow, I think small developers should collect data the old fashioned way - surveys and user feedback. The fact that small devs are "small" means they should be able to engage with their community more directly. Now this strategy won't make them contenders to Silicon Valley - that I understand. But you should take small baby steps to success imo.

apple should just leave eu and find a better market in asian countries.
even if they offer half of the amount of this fine as discount on their products people will buy it and no gov intervine with it like eu does. eu is just tastes money and now its become greedy. rather than working on user personal data privacy and protection.

Wait, so Apple is being fined for making days harvesting harder for third party app developers? What's the consumer benefit from this ruling, especially if Apple isn't even required to change anything? Apple, Google, Microsoft, and all the other tech companies need to band together to boycott the EU until they get their act together. No matter what certain people claim, they wouldn't even last 24 hours without Microsoft Office and an iPhone/Android.
