SpaceX launched the Globalstar, as well as 2 other direct competitors satellites. They are even launching Amazon's Kuiper soon. If SpaceX doesn't want to work with Apple... isn't that up to them?

forget the nationality and race bs. why is musk trying to get in apple's way if a starlink subscription is much cheaper than what apple has in mind and fewer restrictions ? starlink will still retain more customers on average

I'm not going to comment on any of the dumpster fires going on in the comments above.
What I will say is that these sorts of hostile FCC requests/comments are unbelievably common. AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile constantly use these to try to prevent each other from rolling out new spectrum. Add Dish to the mix (that's finally been rolling out its terrestrial network) along with the satellite providers, and it just becomes a massive mess. The FCC almost always rejects these, or they might require a small guard band if there is any chance of interference. If Starlink/SpaceX was run by anyone other than Elon Musk, this wouldn't even be news.

Musk is going after the bottom 5% with the fewest of any lobbyist protections. If he really wanted to tackle waste, he would have started with the DoD and corporate welfare. The debt will not go down. The way things are headed, it is about to balloon under trump.
Oh, and let’s not forget most of the Tesla hate started after Musk did a couple Sieg Heils at a Trump rally that got cheers.
