The timeline is questionable. I'll await something official from Samsung when they release the ring before I'm comfortable accepting it won't be available on the watch until 2027. Regardless, this is great news.
The part about the energy density is most important because 200Wh/L was nothing special in comparison to li-on. It is a much smaller battery, though.

It will come eventually. If solid-state batteries can be mass-produced for wireless earbuds, smartrings and smartwatches, they will be able to be mass-produced for larger devices like phones not too long afterwards.

Samsung should also use cheaper Sodium batteries for A series, FE series phones.
