If they can pull off a 6.3" phone with 512gb of storage, 16gb of ram, and a 600mah battery at a similar price to the Samsung S25, I might be switching to oneplus.

Anonymous, 03 Apr 2025While 6.3 inches is smaller, it's not compact. Around ... moreDepends on screen to body ration. These days its around 90%+ so 6.1" with 145mmX70mm is possible and fits perfectly in hand including case.

DroitwichGas, 03 Apr 2025Problem is nobody will buy such a small device, 6.3 compete... moreI know many people who are ready to buy an 6.3 phone or even smaller.
I am using ASUS Zenfone 9 at the moment. 6-6.3 is a perfect size for many cases.
Not all people are interested in consuming media or gaming. For example my own use case is just messaging (a lot of messaging) and web search.
I am quite happy to use small tool for such purposes.

Anonymous, 03 Apr 2025While 6.3 inches is smaller, it's not compact. Around ... moreProblem is nobody will buy such a small device, 6.3 competes nicely with the Pixel and S25.

What's the rumours on the prices, I assume they'll be at least €100/£100 less than the standard 13's??

Lowemon, 03 Apr 2025Probablyjust a few random people. In my opinion a zoom lens... moreYou can get very good 2x zoom pictures with a 50mp main camera, but you physically cannot get ultra wide pictures with neither a main or zoom cameras.

Anonymous, 03 Apr 2025Does anyone actually use Ultrawide over Wide ?Probablyjust a few random people. In my opinion a zoom lens is way more important.

Claymon, 03 Apr 2025But why there's only two cameras without ultrawide one... moreI bet it's about cost cutting otherwise it would race with oneplus 13.

ProMaxUltraAreBricks, 03 Apr 2025It was "previous rumors," but if it ends up being... moreThat's what i thought, having 8mp ultrawide camera is just as bad as no ultrawide cam

No ultrawide is not good (but maybe better than a mediocre 8MP ultrawide, wink wink). It's better to have a good main and good ultrawide camera than a useless zoom (as we can zoom 2 times using 50mp main cam).

While 6.3 inches is smaller, it's not compact. Around 5.5 inches would be better

To address the battery issue they can just make the phones more thick

But why there's only two cameras without ultrawide one ?
and why the telephoto only does 2× optical ?

3M point on antutu ?! this is menace
