Also, android OS updates don't mean anything in practice, security updates are crucial but android 14/15/16 is a useless thing to compare. Install your own ROM if you're unsatisfied.

1.1: You don't always have a table to place the phone on
1.2: you shouldn't need to put the phone on a table for its USP to actually be a selling point.
1.3: music is hardly the only thing that you'll play on your phone speakers. Not sure about anyone else but 99% of the time I'll use headphones, earbuds or a BT speaker if I'm listening to music. Watching YouTube videos in bed is when I use my phone speakers. I've had three phones with rear firing speakers, and I found it to be a highly impractical placement on all of them.

2.1: BL unlocking is not always possible, however this is admittedly a moot point as Ulefone does support BL unlocking.
2.2: Few, if any, ROMs will be available for something as niche as a Ulefone.
2.3: At 380 USD, it's an odd and pointless corner to cut. It costs them exactly bugger all to use the current revision of Android, which has been around for more than long enough for there to be no excuse for not using it.
2.4: If you can be bothered carrying a rugged phone around then you'd likely be better served by an actual speaker which would sound better and would have the upside of not ruining your media experience when you're not using your phone speaker for one specific purpose.

I also have a couple more complaints which I didn't notice originally. The camera island looks to be all glass, which basically invites cracks to form across camera lenses. Separate lenses mean that if you crack one then the other cameras are unaffected, and if you hit any other part of the island and it cracks then it may spread to the camera lenses. Not a good idea. The rear display is another point of failure, which doesn't seem to have a lip to protect it.

what use of those extra screen on supposed-to-be nigh indestructible phone beside giving it additional point of failure? ulefone should turn it into ordinary phone instead of rugged one + make it carbon copy of mi mix alpha.

Those promo fotos are photoshopped and not real.
How about showing us actual real fotos of the device?
      This is misleading.

Now this is how incompetent Ulefone is ! Why on earth you are making such phone with all those fancy features and targeting content creators when you can't even fit decent spec usb c?!!!!!! Usb2.0 is fitted on these devices makes handset useless and pain to use! You can't transmit data fast, you can't connect vr or displays to it or any other modern kit, so what's the point this is just another useless brick.... It's 2025 Ulefone wake up, usb4 with video out is standard on majority phones. I would sack product manager for such nuisance...

The phone is awesome a bit heavy but the battery life and speaker loudness is what I was looking for. on a 8 hour work it only uses 15% battery

Mobile chargers are being banned on flights but not peer-to-peer charging between phones.
So maybe just buy one of these to act as a mobile charger!

Why bother including a Cheerio camera on the main display?

                              Still on Android 14? That's a tad out-of-date.

As much as these super-speakers seem cool on paper, they're a hindrance in reality. They're all mounted on the back of the device, hence they're blasting AWAY from you. Not a good idea. If you want to listen to music or the radio with the phone upside-down, an actual speaker (even a Bluetooth one) will likely sound far better.

The picture of the Ulefone charging an iPhone is hilarious.

Ulefone trying to release a normal smartphone challenge (impossible)

                                    Not complaining, though.
