I have not received any updates here in Singapore.
When I go to apps to download Google keyboard it says not available in your country.

You need to download the Google keyboard. I installed the update and the keyboard wasn't present. If you read the actual details, it says that it adds Google keyboard support not the actual keyboard. That has to be downloaded separately.

Other thing, after this update stock Google keyboard do not appeared, still with htc input...

I have got this update few weeks ago, anyway camera pictures are with blue/purple tint when pictures are taken in low light conditions where this camera should be the best, but are the worst... A lot of people are having this issue
