I had Pearl 8100 some time ago, it was the crappiest phone ever made. Ugly menu, ugly phone, poor reception. i was wondering who buys this crap? The trackball stopped working after several months, while the paint already wore off, not much later it just died, good riddance.

When I purchased S3,the shop had a row stacked with blackberrys.On asking He said "People who know what is blackberry will always buy it!", I never knew what it was to know a bb, I guess nobody knows too...so its going down!!!

I would not give anything for the company. They don't care about their customers unless the customers are paying out. A friend has a blackberry with software issue's and blackberry ignored all emails for help while in guarantee period.
They should go under.

the bb image went down. people won't buy bb OS anymore. some yes, but some is not enough to survive. but even if bb would go for android, i think it's to late for them.
bb is going to disappear which makes me sad.
anyway - it's shocking how fast things change in this business. bb in 2009/10 and 2012/13 - a difference like fire and ice. specialy how customers see them.
