At this point Samsung should just cancel this device. No SiC batteries to ensure competitive battery capacities which would probably gimp the battery life expectations of this device - directly going against the literal selling point of this device of being thin and functional, nothing functional about a 4 hour SOT tbh.

Anonymous, 08 Apr 2025This phone is now more joke than ever, and if Apple release... morePretty much that, and I would be happy if Samsung, Google, Apple or anybody else with good OS support would make something the size of iPhone 13 Mini (looking at physical size, not screen)
But that is not going to happen.

This phone is now more joke than ever, and if Apple releases iPhone Air everywhere, this Samsung will remind us of how much of a joke it is.
However, all "super thin" phones are a joke in my opinion, they exist as a reason to remove functionality and try to be "new" (it's not like super thin phones failed more than 10 years ago for a reason)
And before we know they remove stuff from regular sized phones
Also I rather have a smaller phone than a thin one, phones are already very thin, but making them smaller would make a bit more sense.
But no, like usual the market tries to tell us "what we want".

Seriously, what's the point of waiting for this phone? It's nothing special except for being thin, and that means they cut other cool features the top model has.

By the time it reaches Europe the battery tests will be out and no one will buy it!

No need to launch it in more than two anyways, and even that is pushing it.
