Main issue with UDC is that it will show glare with same pattern as the holes of the OLED. Your reference of UDC being good is just based on its "best-case" scenarios. Indoor front cam videos under artificial lighting for example where a 2016 phone (my Xiaomi Mi5) has no issues but will be challenging for a UDC.

I want under display cameras to hide it much more than I care about the quality. I just do not need amazing quality from what is just essentially a Facetime camera. What would be better and I do not understand why no one does this, is sticking a small screen beside the cameras on the back. Maybe that is why the iPhone 17 camera bump is twice the size? Hopefully they're just going to take an iWatch screen and stick it on there.

Galaxy AI though is really amazing and I am asking for more of it and I know a hell lot of people who are asking for more too so you can not say for all and say No one is asking for! People at Gsmarena hate samsung and apple and even pixels and just love chinese phones. And so, samsung being the best AI phone hurts the feelings of a lot of people here.
But let me tell you something..The crappy UI chinese phones come with is so horrendously bad that the majority of the world are still gonna buy Samsung and apple

I have no use for the front camera so I'd prefer under the display or even the pop-up style that was popular 5 - 6 years ago.

By failing in timely release of the new OS updates that samsung promised, they are proving how unreliable their future products and their after sale support will be. I am not going to buy another samsung till things are sorted out at their end. Btw loyal user of samsung since galaxy s2.

I would love to see the return of the pop-up front camera. I've used it regularly on my LG Wing 5G for almost three years, and it still works well.

They should at least focus on making the punch hole smaller ( for a more immersive experince )
There is still scope for making the punch hole smaller and amking the round bezels around the selfie cam disapper for better aesthetics.
Perfect phone size would be the width of S24 ultra and the length of Note 20 ultra with even smaller bezels than S25 ultra giving a 7.1 incher without much increase in size and smaller punch hole
