X90, x90s, x100, x100s, x200 and x200s all with no upgrade for the main camera. Surely they'll upgrade it for the next generation

Over-hyping the price for X-Series spoiled the game. Why over price a phone with joint-developer specs.? Sub-standard!!

Anonymous, 11 Apr 2025You don't use the best available if you're trying... moreJn5 is hardly the best available. Oppo and Oneplus used it in the find x8 base model and Oneplus 13 which are in the same price category. Personally wouldn't care about the ultrawide but Vivo could use an upgrade in their base x series model for at least one of the sensors. No camera improvements at all on the last three models.

King-Miracle, 11 Apr 2025"...a 50 MP ultrawide using Samsung's JN1 sensor.... moreYou don't use the best available if you're trying to meet a certain price point. It's like putting the Snapdragon Elite into a midrange priced phone. If price is not a factor then maybe.

Is it just me or this phone looks a bit too narrow? Close to 21:9 aspect ratio?

                      "...a 50 MP ultrawide using Samsung's JN1 sensor..."
As soon as I saw this, it made me angry.

Why does Vivo insist on using the ISOCELL JN1, when the superior and more reliable ISOCELL JN5 is available? I can't understand these companies, really.
