By the way iPhone 16 have it look a bit different where it's the island and then 2 cylinders pop out of the island.
Then again how do you place 2 camera lens in the back of the phone that it wont look like some other phone ? It's the need to see iPhone in everything is the actual problem.
Do they need to make the cameras in square shape or something ? I just dont get it. Have one lens then be like 16e ? Why dont iPhone get compared to all the old phones with cameras that look the same with one lens ? Just a dot in the corner ?
Also the Samsung models you mention i would ask was it Apple that copy Samsung in this one ? As we seen Samsung have the style for some time now and just added island around the lenses.

The problem for me with this design is the ring over the camera island. Well to be honest i cant really understand why must the cameras pop out of the rear anyways on these lowest end phones. That bling chrome around the camera island makes it just ugly as heck. and that the pump is so large too like 3mm from the phone body for just the low end 32mp camera that dont even do 60fps on 1080p video recording.

Also, it's not that they're copying Apple, but using Wingtech for their designs as well. Unsurprisingly, that's the case for all phones today.

"Royale Design" and it looks like the 16 series. Can Redmi employees grow a pair and stop trying to be like Apple? Same with Samsung, the A26, 36 and 56 series look somewhat close to the 16 and 16+.
