These brain dead morons took this long only for them to find a major bug which should have been LONG dead months ago, what exactly did they do in the testing phase that only now they found a bug serious enough to pull the plug? Time to boycott Scamsung.

Normal people don't care if update is released later. The only thing that matters is that update is stable and that all Samsung phones will receive however many years of updates it was promised for each device.
