The phones are Made in India and only use the Acer name license.

Do Indians love the word 'segment' so much? Because every manufacturer who is launching a phone in India does use the words 'segment's first' or 'segment' something.. It looks pretty cringe to me..

Another surface brand name like Nokia. Expensive and subpar? Let's see.

Actual sensor will be Sony IMX882...

You missed the point in the article stating that the brand name ACER is licensed by an Indian company. Do reread it again.-

Only if ZX Pro had 8MP ultrawide and under 15K INR pricing for 8/256 variant then the phone would have been a beast. Unfortunately Realme P3 destroys it. Also ZX should have 8MP ultrawide instead of 2 2MPs useless extras.

18K for 6/128GB is overpriced for ZX pro. You can get better battery and more storage with the likes of iQOO z10/ vivo t4x or realme p3 at similar price

Probably chinese didn't share latest silicon batteries to compete against them

But I have had several OnePlus phones and currently use the 13. For years now I have followed the OnePlus community and nearly ALL bugs and problems and issues surround the OnePlus phones manufactured in India, whereas the ones built in other parts of Asia do NOT exhibit the same problems! I do not know why but the evidence is overwhelming. So...I have no desire to buy any phone made in India.

Thought this would be straight e-waste but that Dimesity 7400 surprised me. Looks like a better offering than CMF Phone 2 Pro, having a D7300 Pro, which is small upgrade over the normal 7300 it currently uses.

Well... Good luck with the part quality. But still, kudos to India for showing that they can too be like China become manufacturing hub for mobile phones.
