I got an ipad and wish it was just a tad thi... moreI’m pretty sure the reason is that a 1 cm thick device would make it like 5kgs when paired with a case and also we used to have thick devices and we still do that are gaming laptops but more and more people are starting to prefer thinner and lighter laptops that just work on what they need rather than add tons of specs and weight just for it to fail later

        As apple and Elon says, the best part is no part and the best repair is no need of repair

        The iphone 4 is a great example as I had if when it came out ask it still works perfectly fine

          I dont get it. I got an ipad and wish it was just a tad thicker. why not have 1cm devices with large batteries but instead thin devices with mediocre batteries and worse cameras?!

                      Instead make body thinner why manufacturer don't try to make the camera bump thinner.

                        In my opinion, a lighter smartphone would be better than a thinner one. Considering the camera frame, it will not be that thin and the resistance would be an issue. A lighter phone would be more practical and desirable.

They w... moreThe Iphone mini is was a different form factor it was smaller than an average compact phone, and only people with small hands would use it, the iphone is a compact phone and it's the most sold smartphone, in number it outsells the iphone pro max and the iphone plus, the 6'1 models (iphone 16, and 16 pro) outsell by a good margin the bigger models. People don't want 6'7 phones. phones were good when they could fit in the palm of your hand.

                                        There's no point in making a cell phone so thin if you need to use it with a protective case. I currently have a Motorola G52, it's more durable, I doubt this iPhone will survive a fall...
