    In reality, even Google, iphone and Samsung have ads. For example, in youtube apps.
    Samsung even send "notification ads recomending" user to try several apps.

    Furthermore,
    While the Chinese pre-installed bloatware, when user setting up Samsung "clean" phone, Samsung will sometimes recommend some apps then if we accidentally answer wrong, the apps will be PUSHED over the internet, eating our mobile data plan.
    But... no one talking about this..... because Samsung is not china.

            Anonymous, 24 Apr 2025Just root it and debloat it and it should almost be as good... moreNo need to root. All anyone needs are these few apps and settings just once.

            1. Shizuku (playstore)
            2. Canta (f-droid/website/github)
            3. Enable developer options
            4. Enable USB debugging (security) (specific to Xiaomi devices and some ither chinese brands)
            5. Enable wireless debugging.
            6. A Xiaomi account logged in.
            7. SIM Card inserted.

            Step 1 - Launch Shizuku and follow prompts to activate local wireless debugging and then give permission to canta app.

            Step 2 - Launch Canta app and delete all the applications and services you like. Recommended options can be deleted without any problems (includes ads and game center and all other bloat) other apps must be dealt with user discretion and responsibilities.

            Apps have green, yellow and red badged with clear label suggesting the risk level. (Removed apps can be restored from recovery section in case needed)

            (Resetting the phone may revert this but it takes no time to redo this)

            Once done you can remove both apps if you'd like.

            OTA Updates shouldn't reinstall these bloatware either so this is a really convenient method.

            Yes, I did do it on my Poco X6 Pro and have zero issues on Hyper OS 2.0 except how Xiaomi treats 3rd party launchers.

                    Harry Potter edition looks interesting.

                      And ONLY 8mm? Wow impressive. The design also looks incredibly premium

                      Given its price, I won't complain about the cameras. So far it looks very flagship killer-worthy.

                          PureOS, 24 Apr 2025I don't trust in hyper os anymore I also have bad experience with their ad infested software. But that was a long time ago. Hopefully things are better now. Will look for reviews.

                            At less than half the price of an iPhone 16e, this seems like a no-brainer to me.

                                PureOS, 24 Apr 2025Realme gt7 is a better deal.In China I agree as you get a current Gen flagship chipset, and better cameras.There is plenty of competition though. Personally think the Redmi k80 is also a better option in China for just 300rmb more. Also phones like the Iqoo neo 10 and Oneplus Ace 5 are now very close in price to the Turbo 4 (about 100rmb-200rmb more)
