    Does anyone know if the Vulkan API is being used on the S23 ultra and all the older devices? I heard in the beta they were using it, and they decided to roll back to OpenGL, which makes no sense whatsoever, unless they have already decided on planned obsolescence which would be a scummy move!

                        Honestly, the only time I've ever had a drastic improvement was more than 10 years ago, when after an update on my MI3, I got 30+% more battery life and I was surprised.
                        I didn't say there weren't any improvements. The phone itself works better. I personally don't like 7000 different icon settings. I like everything clean and fast. And in this case, I feel a little bit of a lag sometimes when I open the notifications and I don't like it. It's not a pain to die for. I'm sure there will be improvements in this direction with future updates. And if I only used the S24+ as a personal phone, it wouldn't bother me so much. But when I mainly use another phone that is lightning fast everywhere and somehow I get annoyed. And the main reason I avoid Samsung devices right now is the damn bad PWM, even the S25U. I kept the S24+ for myself just out of curiosity, to see what this OneUI7 miracle is, but my curiosity has passed and I'm going to give it to a female colleague to enjoy. Women are usually more excited about the color of the phone, so...

                                    Better camera performance, being able to use the camera with one hand now alot more easily, battery life also improved, the phone feels smoother and faster than One UI 6.1.

                                    The battery life alone with smoother fluidity is more than enough reason for me
