iNet-x, 19 hours agoNice Reno series becoming flagship 👌😊LOL, if you think Reno series are flagships, then what's the point of Find X series exist? besides, Reno series are still midranger to high end. not flagship, but still not worth the price. also, if you think find X8 is the same as reno 13 pro. you are either delusional or lack of research (unless if you rely on ChatGPT) dimensity 8350? at the price of vivo X200? "Pro" they said. yet relies on a dollar store 8mp ultrawides that came from a logitech C920 webcam.

Petri S, 8 hours agoWho cares about UW photos? Do you take photos with your ult... moreWrong. 1) The Sensor is mediocre small (usually around 1/2.55" to 1/4", and 2) the DR is bad, last but not least 3) GSMArena here showed quite enough - that the 8 MP Cam, whatever brand - can't hold up with the usually 1/1.95" to 1" main camera, which is simply the laws of physics. Bigger Sensor - better light gathering ability. And a bigger Sensor is better, because it does collect more light at any given time in comparsion - than any smaller one, by design.

After years of this below-average 8 MP UWA cam from Xiaomi, Oppo has probably bought up the remaining stock. It sucks into 2025, 12/13 MP is the bare minimum standard.

Petri S, 8 hours agoWho cares about UW photos? Do you take photos with your ult... moreYes.
Because if you have an 8MP ultrawide, you can't record in 1080p 60fps (not to mention 4k) with that lens.

Baggin, 18 hours agoThere's still the crappy 8mp Who cares about UW photos? Do you take photos with your ultrawide lens? I have two OnePlus phones: OP Nord CE 2 (5g) [=not the cheaper/inferior CE 2 Lite] with 8 mp UW and OnePlus 12 with 48 mp UW. Now, anyone would believe there's a huge difference in quality? Wrong! Just today I happened to take UW photos with both phones, as it finally was a beautiful sunny Spring day here in Finland and it was really hard to tell which phone took better UW photos. I took only architecture photos and both took great UW photos. An 8 mp ultrawide lens is very capable, maybe only if someone is printing big photos it does matter, but if someone is like me and only share UW photos on social media, then Nord CE 2 did a great job and OP12 therefore disappointed me - it probably would have won at night time, but I never take UW photos at night as I find them dull.

The Reno13 has the 8350, so the 8400 isn't much of an upgrade. Two releases per year for the series is too many. Once per year would be better, especially when they have plenty of other phones being released.
