Too expensive for a 7 gen 3 chip again...makes the Reno 13 look a much better deal with bigger battery and 8350 chip.

              No improvement

For 500 euro this is really expensive. At 350 i would see it still have market for people who want the camera part of the phone and it be better then Poco X7 Pro at the price range.

As it's expected as 499 euro it's still a rumor so the price be probably higher on around 550 euro. The phone size is a bit smaller is it's only good feature but for even 1 euro less then 500 price it already have competition with Samsung S24 and a lot of other phones that are like up to year or 2 old where some even on 2 years old have more then 3 OS updates left and is worth to buy for the dropped price over something new that is weaker in every way as a new.

[deleted post]Even the Honor 100 had the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip. Just move on from it already. Maybe they're waiting for the 7 Gen 4. Although, couldn't they just use the Dimensity 8350 or 8400?

At that point they are just manufacturing the same phone (Honor 200) but with different camera setups and that's it. I don't know why Honor (Honor 200, 300, 400) and Vivo (Vivo V30, V40, V50) still make midrange phones with the snapdragon 7 gen 3, at least Vivo improves the battery life and put better camera sensors while Honor refreshes the design of the Honor 200

                        no 7000-8000 mah phones, cringe

The phone itself seems okay but hampered with stale pricing and no real upgrades for the past few generations.

The Chinese version will have a 7000mAh battery
Since Honor is going to cut the battery in the global version, at least leave it with 5700mAh or 6000mAh....
5300mAh by today's standards is too little

Not an amazing upgrade, and no 12 gb option, i buy my phone for atleast 3 years. I was thing it might get SD 7 gen 4.
There are better options available. Only the size attracts me
