The incredibly dull and unshocking revelation is that companies copy concepts from each other - go figure.

Google's garbage iPixels are not only awful hardware-wise, even their software is poorly designed crap. Heck, Google can't even do a Dark Theme properly, using black.
They're the last company with any morals to criticise the designs of others.

Jobs should go thermonuclear on Google again.

Can someone explain the pun here

Companies should copy good features from others in a competitive market. But copying designs is cheap.
Back then apple sued Samsung for copying their iphone4's design lol.

Every brand copies others. It doesn't matter. Only thing that matters is who does it better.

When you’re featuring your competitor in your ads, you’re basically advertising for them. It shows that your products are not good enough to stand on its own merit as you need to feature your competitor’s product. It’s never good marketing.

I don't think Google is making fun of Apple when it comes with these ads, it seems that they are portrayed as friends. Also I have a theory that since the Pixel 6, Google have been inspired by Nexus 6P's camera design, so they implement a similiar camera bump. And it's funny the iPhone 17 Air has a camera bump that also looks like the Nexus 6Ps.
