The Magic V5 to have a 6,000 mAh cell.

More battery is always welcome but, v3 had surprisingly worse battery life than 4400mah fold6 in gsmarena tests. Is it a battery efficiency issue or a software issue? I hope it has a 6000mah worth battery life.

    as V3 owner, battery is already super awesome enough.
    The only thing that needs an update is ultra wide camera (great on good light, but not when sun goes down), everything else is welcome, but not necessary.. its an amaaazing phone and i will never get back to a regular phone after this one, such a great package.

If you factor in fonearena reviews and youtube tests, it shows those devices started having a definitive edge in duration over the Z in 2024. GSM and fonearena do tests in categories. fonearena does not do the cellular tests and neither do GPS tests which are important, IMO. People with devices like the Honor V3 claim it is basically a two day devices under their normal usage. So. who knows.

      If Ice's tweet is accurate and the Z7 uses new battery technology, it is either silicon carbon or the stacked method as opposed to their solid state as I thought. The stacked method raises the density by 10%.

        and there are several bonus such as a huawei watch
        gt 5 and a 360 degrees case and a 66 watt s charger
        so do u think it is still worth it given all those bonuses

                  So V5 with 6000 mAh could just me on par with Samsung's 4400 😂

                      sounds terrific if they keep the same thinness as the Magic V3. Something like the Mix Fold 4 would be fine too.

                      A foldable with the body of the Mix Fold 4 and the camera specs of the X Fold3 Pro would be killer i think.

                        Honestly wouldn't mind at all if they returned back to the size of the magic v2 and added much better durability and battery

                          This along with the rumored camera upgrade with a 200mp periscope will make Honor once again stand out in the foldable market.

                            If it's released in the West, I wonder if it will end up with a smaller capacity battery
