Not really, they are cheaper f... moreYes, the Poco F7 series has flagship quality cameras according to pretty much everyone that's tested the phone including the very website your on right now gsmarena. The processing of the photos will depend on people's individual tastes, the Poco tends to oversaturate photos in comparison to Samsung or iPhone, but some people might prefer that and for those that don't like that type of processing they could just use pro-mode and adjust the photos to their taste. The point is the hardware, the lenses themselves are flagship grade. Software isn't too shabby either, Hyper OS is a major step up from MiUi and 4 years of updates is pretty standard nowadays.

        It’s pretty clear phone 3 differentiator is going to be software related. Yes it will have a decent chip and construction, but… it’s going to be all about the nothing os and it’s ai chops that set this phone apart. What’s started and hinted with “essential space” etc is going to be feature rich and maybe some interesting customisable buttons, shortcuts and tailored services. Think 3a pro style with increased cameras/software and other features coupled with big os changes and ai.

        For those just spec hunting/comparing you’re probably not its target market…

          Sorry Carl at that price you've lost me. I like the 2 a lot and was hoping to buy the new 3, actually was going to buy 2 one for my wife. But you pushed the boundary a bit too far at USD1,000

          Now I'll look elsewhere and may well revert to Apple or give Pixel a try.

For a 32MP camera without binning, 4k will literally use smaller non binned pixel to create one pixel of a 4k frame. With binning it will use 4 non binned smaller pixels.
                      Binned 4k is higher quality.

                        Most people throwing out specs here are Indians.
                        Specs doesn't matter. Its all in the software.
                        There should be no lag while switching from one camera to another.
                        The animations should be better and smoother.
                        It shouldn't take more than .1 second to save a picture.
                        The video while previewing using the seekbar should run smoothly.
                        The call quality must be top notch.
                        There should be no difference in the camera quality while using any third party app like WhatsApp or Instagram stories.
                        The battery life must be 12 hrs. screen on.
                        The charging time must be around 45 minutes for a full charge.
                        There should be support for HDR in Netflix.
                        It should not lag while switching apps.
                        It multiple apps are open, it should be able to keep them in memory.

                              Rule of thumb - It is an android phone end of the day.

                                  Having lived with the phone 3a for a month now, I've come to believe that there's nothing special about this brand. It's just like any other phone. The UI is almost what we call stock and what we find on Motos, Googles, and HMDs. Those funky widgets and quick settings icons are unique, but then all that are just design elements. The first question that came up in my mind on the first day itself was, "Why is this a phone and not just a launcher?"

                                  Maybe there's something I'm missing but I don't see the point of this phone at all. Sure, the back looks cool and the LED lights at the back are cool but not that useful for me. If you leave these things out, it's just another generic phone on the market.

                                    At that price, the most possible chipset would be the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. There's no way Nothing can sell the Phone (3) with Snapdragon 8 Elite or even Dimensity 9400 at that price.
