Considering all the issues people keep reporting with OneUI 7 lately, i think HyperOS 2 feels way more stable.

At least in Spain Xiaomi has the best deals by far. HyperOs might have its quirks compared to other Android skins but it isnt as bad as to get the bashing It usually gets. I wont pay 30% more for a phone with a slightly better use experience and the same or worst components than a Xiaomi or a Poco.

Xiaomi user here. HyperOS 2 is very good. It's now very different to Miui and HyperOS.

I was a big fan of Xiaomi just because of Miui .. but from year to year the software began to get worse. I've been using 1+ for several years. And I dare say that the difference is from Earth to the moon.

Updates are far worse than Vivo and OPPO and their Ai functions are worse. So many of their updates are just minor bug fixes or the typical 'improved system stability' and they don't typically bring new that many new features to their flagships after they're launched especially in terms of camera upsates. I think software is where they have more room for improvement. The phone that suits me most this year hardware wise is the Xiaomi 15. I bought it and used it for nearly a week but returned it for two reasons. 1. Video quality is really unnatural with such heavy contrast and oversharpening. 2. The software. Basic functions like translation functions are miles behind Color OS with translation only supporting English to Chinese and vice versa and no rolling screen translate. No major software improvements have been made over the last 2 years despite other Chinese brands making huge improvements.
