I've just seen the pro version in my country (in europe), ~905 euros without charger! :)) That's laughable + ridiculous. Good luck with that!
(Vanilla, for ~515 euros.)

I pulled the Trigger on the 400 pro. The deal was great on EE. I managed £520 off the phone and tariff, along with a free set of earphones, a smart watch and a Bluetooth speaker.
The phone is a definite upgrade from my Oppo X5 even on the camera front and especially regards the zoom. The AI makes a huge difference and the Image to Video is brilliant.
Storage is 512Gb so I should be fine for years.
Downsides would be it came without the fast charger and Image to Video is a free trial.
For the money I don't think it's possible to get a better deal. £42 a month with unlimited data , EU cover and some other bits.

No, both models are laughably overpriced. I can see a trend emerging where companies are trying to rip off customers by recycling old tech but slapping on some Ai nonsense to try and use some mumbo jumbo marketing to make it seem like they've produced the next best thing since sliced bread. The Poco F7 Ultra is considerably cheaper than the Honor 400 pro and that's a full on flagship phone while pretty much everything beats the vanilla Honor 400. You could get a Oneplus Nord 4, Nothing Phone 3A or Honor's very own Honor 200 that all have better specs at a much cheaper price.

Chinese one(400 pro) is far better, especially with single punch hole 6'55" oled display, and flat metal frame, 7400mah battery, thikness is 8.3 but everything seems good, for venilla is same as pro only difference is telephoto lens and 7 gen 4 processor

Pro variant is beyond overpriced, it's iPhone 16e territory. The regular Honor 400 tho looks pretty sweet

            >No headphone jack
            >No Micro SD slot
            >No removable battery
            >Not a performance king
            >Not cheap
            >Not even iPhony looking or having any interesting design at the back
            >Some cameras here and there

I can't find anything exciting about them. They look same generic slab as any other smartphone to me.

Cpt.Power, 01 Jun 2025Well picked there are better flagships and there are better... morehuawei quality is way ahead..honor just stayed behind at the same point

The 400 Pro costs 899 SGD here, officially.
For what it's worth, I think it's quite worth it. Too bad I can't upgrade yet.

Even if it wasn't overpriced, simply for decreasing the battery ri this extend, I wouldn't buy it

Well picked there are better flagships and there are better midrangers out there for said price which is true.
Anyway honor is a good brand offering good devices with Huawei quality.
Usually much better than many else competition out there but not today and this time.

Overpriced so, No and...Nope. Plus, Honor brand never attracted me.

After using the Galaxy S20 FE for 4 years, switching to the Honor 200 Pro was a fantastic experience — I genuinely enjoyed every day with it over the past 8 months.

Now, with the Honor 400 Pro available for preorder bundled with a watch, an extra cover, and the Honor Earbuds X7, I couldn’t resist. I’ve placed my order, hoping it brings another great experience with a powerful device for at least the next year.

They're quite expensive for what they offer. So, no, none of the two.

No, because they are making lower end models of these series outside of China.

                            Smaller battery and outdated soc.

What about the Xiaomi 14T? It's the same price as the Honor 400, but offers much better overall performance.

I don't think will upgrade 2-3year from now, but for offer they give in my country you should go honor 400 pro & it's only 520 usd with 12gb ram + 512gb rom that really good deal right

                                      No.

I need the option "no, I'm not looking for a new phone yet", or the like.
