It's harder to get out of an Adobe subscription than a gym membership. But they are unfortunately still steps ahead on advanced photo editing. Their user interface is awful, though. The proof of how many layers they've patched on top of other layers through the years.

Don't download it. Don't use it. Don't get robbed by it. "Photoshop" is just a name that holds value, the software itself has become a real Pootoshop.
FYI, Adobe in 2025 is a parasite that has shat the bed on decades of legacy since the deranged clown spawns running it care more about short term profits than long term gains.
Oh and they are always planning to use your data to train their models. Because a bear does shit in the woods, just like this company's CEO does on his bed.

Even if you hate Adobe (rightfully so) it is still good news. Once the final version is released it should be available for sideloading from third party sites without Adobe's DRM. Either you steal the app or the app steals your data, I know which one I would choose.

For anyone geniunely wondering how they can use the REAL Photoshop desktop version (CS6, before they went subscription based) on Android, you can run it through Winlator.

Wait for Adobe to claim ownership of your phone and the whole gallery with it when you install Adobe.
