My Note 2 is still on 4.1.2, where others are rocking at 4.3!!! 4.4 is announced and will be released next month, I can dream that I will get it by July 2014! BTW my Phone is Carrier unlocked International version. So No one can blame the carrier.

Possible IF you have one of the following devices. iPad 2,3,4 & iPad Mini, iPhone 4,4s and 5, iPod touch 5th gen. You can update straight from any OS to iOS7. Rest of the devices are not compatible.
