        "what went wrong" really? 😭 Still suffering from that abomination of 8 gen 1 that samsung fabricated. Portable heater doing hardware damages to my phone by overheating. Samsung need to up their game or just close the foundry

            Samsung should NOT be shocked at all, they should know their yields are craptastic. Samsung not even using their own chips for their flagships should tell every tech company especially Google to avoid using the same. Samsung even tried to ask TSMC to fab exynos chipsets and they declined, rightfully so.

            Samsung will catch up one day but why wait when an already available fix is here. Google was simple fed up with the overheating and waiting after 4 long years of suffering.

              The Tensor G4 is 4nm and still lags behind the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Dimensity 9200 Apple A16. The 2022 4nm releases

              ***Every time you venture an opinion especially and not restricted to SoC, you get it wrong. As recently as whatever the comments on Xiaomi Xring 01 was here you are again

              History will judge not you, so if the G5 is still bested by even the Exynos 2400E

                                It's not just the yield. As far as we know, Samsung 4nm performs worse than TSMC 5nm.

                                  I have been using pixel 8 since 2024 april. My thought is when google swift to SD processor then google mobiles take a great achievement... 👍 Now its happening...

                                    Probably unrelated but it shouldn't be a surprise seeing how Samsung's very own chips are performing.
