There is a note in the Samsung box when you purchase it. I know you want to send it back to the Philippines unopened - however it may be locked by Region.
So you have to open the box first and do the following.
BEFORE you send it back to ANY COUNTRY other than the Middle East or North Africa you need to do this:
Install your SAUDI sim and make a call to a SAUDI number and keep the call active for 10minutes. This unlocks the Region Code.
You then turn the phone off, take your SAUDI sim out

The screen is black and not responding. Costly phones like note 10 plus should have more quality . It seems that the customers are cheated.
