They will be back soon...might not many models to bring..but created a cool mobile..two thumbs up...Windows Mobile and Android cool...and the WI-FI cool...finally...for touchscreen moto..hopefully will introduce in the Philippines....

Compal Communications lands Windows Mobile-based PDA phone orders from Motorola, says paper

Compal Communications has received orders for two Windows Mobile-based PDA phones, codenamed the Alexander and Attila, from Motorola, according to a Chinese-language Commercial Times report.
While both PDA phones are supporting 3.5G and Wi-Fi technologies, the Alexander features a sliding-out QWERTY keyboard and the Attila features an iPhone-like touch panel, said the paper, which also noted that shipments of the two PDA phones are now set in the first quarter of 2009 instead of the fourth quarter of 2008 as originally planned.

i once read in my news paper(im in india) that McD burgers sell most becoz of its name... the punch line of sprite(for india) actually made a 12% increase in sales.... its all marketing and mind games... which Moto lacks(nowadays) the low end phones are quite visible (their ads are good and hence they are visible).. the Motoyuva a810 ad is cool and i can see many around me.
I bought my first moto phone ROKR z6, has flaws but NOT BIG ONES and i like it very much, texting is OK can be improved, the OS is quick and fast, sound is immense (for me) .E8 has sluggish UI but has the best music quality. unlike europe and america we get unlock phones out here. so maybe ur service provider coding(acc to them) can cause flaws,hangups, who knows??.
NOKIA phones always irritate me with its 'Please Wait' when saving and opening games, editing changing settings. to open a new message on n73 takes 2 secs, gotta be kidin me! while its quick on Moto.. a nokia fan wont even know how sluggish(rather ignore) and slow his phone is. Some people buy a nokia phone because u get a good re-sell value!. My dad is a simple guy(doesnt know how to operate a DVD player!), but he says 'y didnt u buy nokia?' when i bought my z6.
Nokia is dominant and i dont know why, but when ur local dealer say buy nokia you would trust him, also your father has nokia, your boss has nokia, ur mother ur sister ur brother, friend , family doctor the dominoes pizza delivery guy has nokia, ull obviously go for it becoz u trust those guys.
i choose to be different from crowd and bought z6 which had caught my attention..
Its all upto u and ofcourse the Media also has a large contribution
also Dont comment on things u dont know about. every body has copied form everyone.. so its pointless to comment. but dont say that nokia sucks,moto sucks,sony sucks just becoz u were unfortunate.

Final conclusion
We cannot do anything else than state that the Motorola ZINE ZN5 is the best camphone on 5 megapixel area at this moment. The device scores excuisite on the functions it should score on. A big failure is the lack of 3G support. This is somewhat made up for by the WiFi support. Despite the lack of 3G support the entire feeling about this device is very positive. Because the device scores on the points it should score on, we cannot do anything else than reward this device aith an 8. If 3G support would have been present the device would have received a 9 as final mark. If Motorola can come with more devices of this qualitative calibre, the difficult time that Motorola is going through at the moment is a pastime in our opinion...

Motorola Alexander and Motorola Attila live pics
We’ve known since early August that Motorola Atila and Alexander touchscreen phones are in the works. And we’ve even some live pics of a working Motorola Attila phone recently. Well, today we have some more live pics for you, courtesy of Chinese site IT168.com.
Well, apart from the live pics, there’s no additional info about the new handsets. We already knew some specs, but not much.
The only new thing that can be gleaned from these pictures is the screen size of Motorola Alexander. We know that Attila wil have 2.8″ display, and Alexander’s screen in the picture is obviously smaller. So it probably will be 2.6″.
Other then that, we’ll have to wait for more leaks, that I’m sure are coming if Motorola won’t announce the new phones soon.

The fact is...
Motorola Rizr Z6 is the fastest processor for mobile phone (624 Mhz).
Motorola Razr 2 V8, E8, ZN5 and more is the second faster processor for mobile phone (500 Mhz).
Motorola Rizr Z8 has 32 Gb external memory and the biggest external memory support.
Note: That's for around the world and not only Japanese / Korea. Hahaha... That's note for people who can't understand.

can't said motorola or others phone manufacturer is following the foot step of iphone by producing iphone- alike model.
think twice, when motorola come out with the world first clam phone. is a technology shared among the phone manufacturer.
no one can be no.1 always in handphone market. sharing is the way of surviving.

Would get an apple product even it was offered to me, I feel disgusted with their policy of stole other ideas and sell them has their own... lets see, mac os stolen to xerox (like the mouse, the windows idea, icons and drag and drop, etc), the ipod stollen to palm and the iphone stollen to lg... If I want to pay for stolel ideas I buy a china look-a-like phone. Anyway I can't even believe that people think that is bad to be different, I still think motorola has class and God knows that motorola have some of the best designs and certainly the best materials, motorola have top quality in materials and that is a fact... Older software was in fact outdated but the new one is really great, fast, complete and not buggy so I don't get why people still talk about motorola, the only excuse they have is if they haven't tested them...

This is the closest thing to being an iPhone ripoff, without being a chinesse clone. Disgusting.
It makes me il everytime somebody copies Apple.
Even the samsung Pixon, 2 years after the iphone, middle home button, swiping, but its still not as fast and the screen is crap.
iPhone is STILL the phone with the best OS, best user interface, smoothest scrolling, brightest screen, best mobile web browser, best maps, best apps, best sms implementation, best music player. not to mention its the best looking phone aswell.
Copy and clone all they like (samsung,moto,lg,dodgy chinesse cloners), Apple is years ahead.

Not sure if you live in US before. In my good old days in school, people dressed differently...different people with different family income drove different cars...some without A/C. Though we all lived in harmony and graduated with a good time.
So what? Why can't we learn how to respect others?
Yeah, maybe I sort of prepared Moto's mobile business might be sold to others...and eventually folds up. Maybe that's why I have bought 12 Moto phones (some for my in-laws, mom and wife) this past year.
Though if I'm someone who values quality on communication, and if Moto ever folds up, which brand of phones would you recommend me to buy? Especially those which supports mini/micro USB plugs, so I don't have to buy all the phones for my family allover again? And my mom and in-laws need (low-end) flip phones too.
Don't tell me about the almighty brand, as if others hate Moto so much for whatever reason, I hate the brand which for some unknown reasons, puts the + key at the *, instead of 0 like everybody else.
