It will house a qualcomm snapdragon 800 processor with 2 gigs of ram. That alone makes it a flagship. So what the megapixels drop? It's still superior to the dualcore 1020. It's going to be a beast.

Only the resolution has been bumped up & I believe the processor (even though that hardly will change anything Windows 8 is already fluid). The 1020 was a flagship this isn't & it will be much cheaper.
