Awesome specs, this'll be an instant hit, and will be appreciated by america. But for now my money is dedicated to note3 & nexus 5

I think ,its a phone for the guys that are looking for a chic and european style and it doesn`t look like the boring design of a phone such as iphone that you can see in everyone`s hand.

The tragedy is the lack of Amoled.
MeeGo's sucessor without billboard and sleeping screen?! Inconceivable.

I don't know why people are complaining about specs.

The specs are almost identical to Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini, which got resonably good reviews.

              Dead on arrival.

They will be forced to do a fire sale just to move inventory. People are not crazy to jump in on a fledgling platform from a company with an uncertain future. €400 is no chump change to fork on a smartphone like this. Put the price down like the Nexus and they might sell better.

where are you going get the ANdroid apps from this jolla thing? Why ride on Android Success and develop from scratch to make a totally new eco system. they might as well load android on to their phones. for all we know, this "so-called" OS might be just another mid-range android device with another skin on it.........

Well, this is stupid. just buy a cheap SGS 3 or N4 for half the price and wait for the port... why buy 2011 hardware for 2013 price?

Being a N9 user, I really want this to be good. But the price is high for pretty low-mid range hardware, and I am not liking the design too much either.

N9 Team revolted against Nokia Management, now Jolla is should also run on N9 by boot, its middle level set and should have worldwide availability. Chinese are creating havoc with cheaper sets something should be done. Lets See

I hope it comes to Indonesia too.

250euro sounds like a real price for this, android compatible apps or not the shear specs make it a mid range phone even going toward lower end and seriously they can do better than a qhd screen...btw compare it to huawei g615 and see what do u get for 150euro less

Android apps compatibility is no real key to success, look at BlackBerry where they have a really complete OS and the Android apps more or less hinders the development of native apps.
