          Seriously, what's the point of this colour, the phone will appear to have no depth and style, it will look like nothing, the void.

              It's a much easier task to sell their own phones with better cameras than to make a whole new phone with better cameras only for specific regions (probably excluding China).

              And OnePlus has 2 incentives NOT to upgrade their cameras; it would directly compete with OPPO and vivo in the markets they are sold, and the 2nd reason is the markets that OPPO and vivo don't compete it, have other brands like Apple, Samsung, Google and etc who's camera hardware is more or less the same as OnePlus (worse than OPPO and vivo) so OnePlus has no real reason to make the cameras better than those rivals due to lack of competition.

                Dont want to be rude but black and dark colors resembles dead and sorrow.
                Instant no.
                Rather would be if it will be insanely white.
                Phone so white it will be recognized even from 10 kilometers by a naked eye.

Due to the lack of competition, you can only choose between Apple, Samsung, Google and maybe 2 other smaller brands, all that don't have camera hardware that rivals vivo and OPPO, so it doesn't really matter in the US.

                                  Still, they are specifically saying that OnePlus 15 getting a bit smaller screen is an upgrade to them, not the OnePlus 15s/15T. OnePlus 15 is still too big, and I don't want to homogenize the smartphone market by making all of the screen sizes 6.32".

                                    As long as they don't increase the price, or perhaps they decrease the price, I can see this phone selling well.

                                      Most people will be putting a case on it so I would have preferred they put their time and money into another part instead of the color.
