This FAILblet is doomed again from the start.
Get rid of those Ultrafailpixel crap cameras.
Nobody likes them anyway.
Nothing can save HTC now.
They never learn.
Make the same mistakes over and over again.

Strongest points :
Best in class audio quality
Absolutely 0 lags, smooth like butter.
Awesome dev support
Negetives:
Gaps
Camera : pink effect is at large. When zoomed in less details.
Limited 24GB internal memory. After 1 week i used 17GB of it and only 7GB was free. I was even calculating when i used to take full HD video.
64GB notavailable in my country (India)
For me camera and memory are a downer.
Its going to be with OMax also.
Currently happy with N3.

The only thing the one max has that would be good on the note 3 is the stereo speakers but that's not a biggie.

between HTC one & S4, S4 has a better quality picture & display. i own both of the phone.

We'll I'm the user of htc one and galaxy s4 and I must say that htc one is far more superior the the s4 because htc one battery last longer then s4, it's more faster then s4. We'll holding htc one feels better then s4. So why you guys think that htc one is a flop ? It's just the htc facing trouble with financials and yes truth is Samsung is very huge company then htc . But when comparing the phones I prefer htc one.

I have had a HTC ONE since launch and the camera is GREAT at pics in low light, it picks up detail and colour that your eyes can't even see. But you can't zoom in without tons of jagged lines. If you just post on Facebook etc or view on a pc or phone it's great, but not to print pics, the LG g2 is the best of bothe world's but I'm going for a note 3 as I want a big screen and I also feel the HTC one jazz will be too long ?

So if you never are going to take pictures indoors or at night, then go and look at other phones with a higher mp. Good luck on your phone search.
