Anonymous, 26 Aug 2025Daamn... so you prepared this painfully long essay about ho... moreYes, I got carried away :-D. Sometimes ranting about stuff can give some relief...or not. I should not get annoyed by stuff like that but the funny thing is that I do as I know there is more potential but it's not used due to people who want to maximise profit. Nothing wrong with wanting to be profitable as that what's why there are companies but please give somewhat more room for more freedom.

Another con that I found out:
This device being almost similar to vivo v60, it should then also have a virtual proximity sensor.
Very poor from vivo, could have added 1-2$ to keep the physical one.
Now it makes me doubt about buying this device.

Hello, 26 Aug 2025The only issue I see with this device is UFS 2.2 (although ... more2.5D (quad curved) displays don't suffer from the same issues as the typical dual-curved (tapered edge) displays, since the corners are affected by the curvature.

Hello, 26 Aug 2025I will say that this is the best phone for camera in this p... moreMost good max zoom like 50-100x already uses AI, so a very good 200 MP main sensor will do very good at 3x+ even 20-50x+ with AI like the Edge (even better if main is base 35mm).
But you can't use AI to make UW shoots.

I was not expecting much from this one, but skipping the 8MP ultrawide and therefore putting two same sensors for the main and tele seems cool!

Correct me if I am wrong, but I think this is the first phone with the same size sensor on both primary camera and telephoto. Rather unconventional design choice, but I guess it was coming sooner or later, given more and more emphasis on telephotos in the recent past.
Maybe in future, we will also have some phones with larger sensor on telephoto than the 24mm lens... thus effectively changing the connotation of 'primary' camera.

The only issue I see with this device is UFS 2.2 (although not such a big dealbreaker).
Also quad curved, even though its subtle, can be difficult to work with because of limited tempered glass availability.

There is simply no good camera phone in under 25k INR range, that segment is literally almost empty.
Plus I will take a good telephoto (and it's a periscope in this one!) over an ultrawide any day, there is simply no competition!
Most people rarely use ultrawide from what I have seen anyways ( I could be wrong however)

This isn't for everyone because it doesn't have an ultrawide camera, but in the T4 series of devices it makes sense, as it's there to fill the gap between the T4 5G and the T4 Ultra.

Again an iPhone 16 inspired design. So lame and lazy. It's not bad looking but all but original and that bothers me. Not only from this brand but all brands are doing the same safe lazy been counters imposed lack of any kind of dare to create an own brand identity. As stated already before I do know that you can't do much with a rectangular slab but even that is something you can challenge. Why must it be the endless format, why not the interesting forms and designs of the old dumb phones . Don't say it's the most practical form because it isn't. It's not ergonomic at all and clearly focused at watching movies on a phone. It's a phone! Not a television set. The materials are another frustration. Either it's a metal frame with glass everywhere else or it's a plastic slab, either completely or in combination with the never ending glass. A material that was never renown for it's strength despite all efforts to improve this strength and it's not premium either. 99% of buyers will put it in an ugly case meaning that all design efforts (if we can speak about a design that is) are a waste of money and time. How foolish can a human being be? I think that I mentioned it before. If aliens would watch us they would broadcast to the entire universe that it's not a good idea to visit earth. Humans are foolish people.

You are mistaken about the main rear sensor which is not an IMX766 1/1.56" but an IMX882 1/1.95" like the one in the periscope zoom
