I have at this moment a Oneplus 12 pro.
during the last 3 months, my phone fell and got some dead pixels. so i thought it was a nice excuse to start looking new phones to switch to.
I have to say, I'm not impressed (at all) with the options on the market.
there is no improvement big enough (on any new phone released or to be released) to make me switch phones (even when i have dead pixels on my screen). I think i'll wait until 2027

Seriously, if half the people who make these snarky online comments acted like this to people in real life "Ha wow, you have that phone? Terrible camera! Underpowered!" they'd be viewed as an unlikeable loon, full stop.
There is merit to keeping some thoughts to yourself and just moving on to what you actually do like.
