It would be one of the improvements over the OnePlus 13.

I only expect a size ratio of 19.5. That's all I ask for... wider and a little less tall.

nybreath, 03 Sep 2025That’s not really the best way to look at it. What matters ... moreI have to ask you. Are you talking about the same battery capacity when charging with a 25 and a 100 watt charger from your example? Or do you charge a 4000 mAh battery in 120 minutes with a 25 watt charger and charge a 6000+ mAh battery in 40 minutes with a 100 watt charger?

Mr.E30, 03 Sep 2025If youre an iphone user then 20% increase in charging speed... moreThat’s not really the best way to look at it. What matters is the charging time.
A phone charging at 25W can take up to 120 minutes to fully charge, while a 100 watt phone about 40 minutes.
Even if a 20% increase in wattage translated into a proportional 20% decrease in charging time, the 100w phone would be 8 minutes faster, while the 25W phone would be 24 minutes faster, that is three times more impactful.
Charging follows the law of diminishing returns, so the same % increase at higher wattages will always bring less benefit once you’re already at very high power levels.

          the fckin design looks horrible🙏

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2025In what world is a 20% increase in charging speed 'sig... moreIf youre an iphone user then 20% increase in charging speed is almost nothing cos 25W is slow and 20% it means youre going to 30W and its again slow and not noticeable, but if you're in Android world then 20% is a lot cos if you have 100w and youre going 20% up in speed thats nice bump to 120W.

Sagittarius88, 02 Sep 2025I HOPE, OnePlus will finally give the customers, the PRO ve... moreThen people will complain about the high price, which goes against the whole OnePlus identity of being a "flagship killer" brand. OnePlus has been hiking up their prices for years now but they're still relatively cheaper than the competition for what you get (in certain markets).

I HOPE, OnePlus will finally give the customers, the PRO version AS WELL!!!

Already a great charging speed, no rush to increase it, focus on other stuff like Qi2 magnets, PRICE, and software. Oh design this back is..😅

And if they're going to release that phone that's so ugly on the back? It looks like a cheap HMD.

It says IPX0 though so I don't know if this is the OnePlus 15, which should get IP68/IP69.

Why did phones a few years ago race in charging speed, phones with 150w, 240w, prototypes with 320w, and suddenly they all went down to 90w, or 100w?
