If I hadn't bought the unlocked S25U from Samsung and did the trade-in last Feburary to get a reduced price I just might of decided to buy it.

It's hard to justify for me over the cheaper and better specced Redmagic 10s Pro but I think for people who:
-care more for camera quality and quality of life things like wireless charging and water resistance than overall performance, like realistically 8GB is kind of low but if the game in question is Candy Crush it doesn't really matter
-intend to buy on contract, where FE phones tend to have very good deals and Redmagic phones aren't even available
-live outside the EU or UK, for example the US where Redmagic has a somewhat low 3 years instead of the required 5 in the EU
none of that is going to matter. It didn't for the 16e.

S25 FE's weight is 190 grams... My reaction: Facepalm!
Because, the 2 year old Samsung S20FE 5G I have is already on 190 grams, with a microSD slot.
Of course, I'm not getting it, I'm not a fool.

I have had galaxy phones for over 15 years and always liked them. I have had various models including Syy ones and always liked them. Though I usually buy direct from my provider (ee), I have previously purchased one direct from Samsung and it was fine, so I don't believe they are just holding the duds to be sent to customers who buy direct.
So this makes me think that the S25 is just a terrible phone.
The battery is so poor an hour of use and it is nearly dead.
I have had my previous Samsung phone for years and it's battery still outperforms the S25.
The connectivity is much worse, and I have not changed my provider or plan. My old phone could happily stream anything using data. This one keeps stopping and circling.
It doesn't display websites or apps properly, with things going off the edge of the screen, that cannot be scrolled back to.
Even the camera works less well.
I have yet to find a single redeeming feature and would advise people to avoid buying one at all costs.
They are too expensive to just put out junk. I can't trust Samsung again after this. It is such a shame.
I haven't had an apple phone since the early 2000s but maybe it is time to revert back if Samsung can no longer be relied upon.

I research in this price google pixel 8 pro is better camera telephoto zoom mian camera sensor 1.31inch 48 mp 5x, s25fe main camera 1.56 inch only 8 mp 3x. It has same display size

Why pay iphone money for anything else but for an iphone? These phones are heavily discounted after couple of months and there are simply too many of them. Even oneplus lost it and im so dissapointed to nothing. They are now a headphone company if you aks me. Wont be buying anything else than apple because like carl pei said there is no alternative for apple. I dont care about the purchase prise that much all i want is real value for what i bought.
