It's mostly beneficial for people like me who stay inside all the time when they can lol
and it's genuinely good, i used to feel a bit sleepy when using my s22 ultra at night but im ok with my x200 ultra. good stuff.

So, how about low brightness with DC dimming. That's what matters, when using during evening at minimum brightness and pupils at maximum opening. That is when you need DC dimming and PWM dimming operates at its worst.
