Both phones are probably more or less already fixed (for design, specs, etc) and that's why there are leaks. Ice universe leaks are typically quite reliable. So your comparison with galaxy bla bla bla is simply ridiculous. You basically compared something that's already exist (albeit only internally) with something that doesn't even exist

We weren't introduced to phones from China with next generation battery tech, fast charging, night mode cameras, periscope lens and class leading minimal bezels. We were introduced with iclones in a plain box with bubble wrap. They have not fully shaken that image. When you hear the term "that's the Temu version", it's a cultural reference that has been embedded long before Temu was around.
American brands that manufacture in China is just business as usual. Chinese brands are still faced with a stigma. In the mobile world, Huawei had an opportunity to contribute to the change of that image, but they decided to steal a robotic arm and that timeline was altered.
None of this is a rule. It's just a snapshot in time. Things change with time and there has been progress. The image we had 15-20 years ago is far more favorable today.

Without even reading the article - this bezels comparison BS should stop! Smartphones aren't monitors, smartphones are held in hands, thus there is no actual need to have "the slimmest bezels".
