Both Apple and Android will see a massive improvement in 2026 for flagship phones.

3nm to 2nm transition is a big deal. 33% die shrink, compared to 25% die shrink for 4nm to 3nm.

Better battery life, better peformance, less heat.

      I think, this design will remain for the next 10 years.

        While I know it likely wont happen, I am absolutely praying for an updated mini phone from Apple. My 13 mini is still killer, but I would love it even more if it had USB-C and a higher MP camera for better zoom shots. A bump in battery life would also be nice

                                  Reason why I bought the 17 Pro Max to replace my aging 13 Pro. 2 years from now, the 20th anniversary model will most probably be something quite special.

                                  Regardless though, as with all tech, there's no need waiting for "next year's model" when the gadgets you have are already begging for an upgrade.

                                    IPhone 19 and 20 also will be the same design.

                                      Waiting iPhone 20

                                        Isn't it obvious? Apple wouldn't spend so much time designing a new unibody structure just to ditch it in a year. This will probably be used for at least 3 generations.
                                        I have a feeling the stronger unibody structure and improved ceramic shield would be a beginning to have the Pro iPhones to be MIL-STD certified in the future.
