This is great news and look forward to reading about the spec's next year, it's a pitty than we still have 24 month contracts though as the phones are changing every year (all makes) and consumers have to operate more than one contract or pay a fee which is really not good practise. Some comments say Samsung are in trouble or they should change the interface, to that I say do you really know what your talking about? If you don't understand the Android format then butt-out.

Innovation is required in battery technology . There is no reason to have faster processor other than the ability to play higher quality games.
A breakthrough will be a phone which lasts a week on heavy usage.
Any thing other than that is useless.

Actually samsung has change Interface several time now but do need to let you take any of the bottom Items away and samsung is Selling more phone then apple cause people are get sick of the same old thing with apple they don't change much at time

I guess this is because Sony managed to steal some customer from Samsung with earlier release this year. So Samsung is going to prevent this from happening again next year. But it may hurt Note III sales as well. Perhaps Samsung is gonna change their flagship release combo from Mar+Oct to Jan+Jul.

I mean, I'm not a Samsung fan but I admit Samsung is good, but they need to create something POSITIVELY NEW.. While others already use metals, glass and other materials for the phones, Samsung is stuck with plastic and old design..

Or maybe their main reason is that they are too afraid of the current flagships like the SONY XPERIA Z1, or the LG G2 maybe.. Go run and create something NEW Samsung before it's too late :D
