Hope the new body wont be same flop as Apple 17 pro and pro max series.
They are a 1000 to 2500 eur devices but in reality they arent worth more than 300.

I like the design but to be honest it doesn't look as premium as the previous model (The 13).
No notification slider and no Hasselblad branding, I guess after BBK made each phone brand an independent company, OnePlus might have lost the license and only OPPO has it now.
*Well VIVO has Zeiss instead.

They went from cutting edge and pushing limits and having of the best and cleanest os/UI, truly honouring their motto of never settle to being another Chinese knock-off iPhone with same design and garbage os and UI which tries to mimic iOS in every way possible, I guess in the end they did in fact settle on being another Chinese brand, I'm glad I got out of that ecosystem when I did with the OnePlus 7 pro, truly an amazing phone and the last good phone they made with proper oxygen os, new technology and unique design that copied nobody, the last proper OnePlus phone was the 8 pro, but that one was unfortunate enough to get updated to colour os rebranded I to oxygen os, at least the 7 pro never got disgraced with that horrendous disgusting garbage, all this because the creator left and took the ingenuity and spirit of never settle and oxygen os with him to the nothing phone
Happily a Google pixel user now, if nothing made a phone with a flagship processor and camera I would probably switch to them.

Though I don't like this design that much but oneplus may actually be the best phone nowadays. Others give you better update support but worse hardware. Waiting for my oneplus pad 3. The best tablet available. If I love that will buy a oneplus phone after my samsung.

As a current OnePlus 12 user. This design is insanely bad, OnePlus 15 is uglier than even iPhone and that's saying something. I really like this OnePlus 12 design especially the rounded Display, way more comfy in hand but people hated that coz they're too dumb to apply a screen protector. Anyway, this will probably be my last OnePlus coz that new thing looks so cheap and crap hell no. Xiaomi 17 with that cool extra display looks quite interesting for once ngl

I had a feeling that the 'Dune' color was going to look like, you know, a sandy color instead of all the fan-made renders making it silver for some reason.
Also, again, that '''''leaked''''' image from Weibo is now proven to be completely fake. Saw that coming from a mile away.

i like the design. don't agree with other people here. imho, nowadays design went down the drain for almost every brand: ugly camera island, huge bumps, frills and gimmicks everywhere. personally, vanilla iphone 16/17, most pantone Motos, recent pixels and OP 15 have the most simple yet elegant design, and i really dig that creamy white matte texture on the OnePlus 15

This design has zero personality.
Not to mention all the other hardware downgrades compared to OnePlus 13.
This will be the first time I have to pick a phone with a locked BL since OnePlus was the only remaining one that allowed unlocking.

If nobody bought or the design was panned by reviewers. Then likely would have gone back to circular design.You have remember the US and Europe isn't there biggest market it's china and India.

Whole lotta complaints so far! OnePlus makes very good phones and for those who've actually owned one you know I'm right! You can go to literally EVERY site about new phone releases and "hear" (read) the same thing over and over again... UGLY, Boring, camera hump is too this or too that or looks like another phone! What do you people expect? Nearly every possible design has been tried, and tried, and tried again! About the only "unique" radical "try" was from Nothing and they were criticized also. Obviously all the OEM's realize that aesthetics is what first draws a person to be interested. Let's face it, there can be a phone with all the best specs in the world and if WE think it's ugly then we're going to pass it by. Sorta like choosing a marriage mate... the best one in the world may cross our path but if WE think they're ugly...well, we all know the result!
