people are complaining about the GDR3 update effect on their phones. The reason is simple; Microsoft is trying to tell Nokia (now Mokia) users that their new phones are outdated. Wp phones start from 1520. It's simple! Full support will stop on existing Nokia phones by Microsoft.
Android supports all is phones and OEM hardware makers.
