This will mean cheaper premium apps for end users.
It will also mean that Google will have an even bigger problem when it comes to the safety of apps in the Play Store, which already isn't great compared to the perception of Apple's app store.

Sounds like Google has more lawyers to buy. Not sure how Google even allowed this to go to court where the judge wasn't pre-paid.

At same time 3rd party repository like f-droid have clean apps without ads and bloats.
Google don't care about app quality as long as they get money they are OK if simple app has millions of ads and spy on you,

They wanna control what apps are being made for Android, are installable outside of Play Store and know who's making the app with more limits on free developer accounts

Google provide us with an OS, multiple years of security updates, Gmail, YouTube, etc all at the cost of watching a few ads which most people don't even click. I don't think y'all understand the full picture.
