[deleted post]Samsung will not honour the warranty, if they detect the "wrong" binary they return the phone unrepaired.
It may vary from country to country.

And if you watch back the link you sent,even with the advantage,snapdragon won majority of the test and he even said go for snapdragon. Dont cry!

hope this resolves the handset switching itself off when battery is fully charged, then when you turn device back on battery has drained. handset really only works whilst on charge...really annoying and looking on the forums there are many customers effected by this...
